Our Valentine’s Launch
We are launching Flower Manner this Valentine’s Day.
As a preserved flower studio, each arrangement is made with care, time, and intention. To ensure that every piece meets our standards, we are opening Valentine’s orders as pre-orders. This allows us to thoughtfully prepare materials, plan production, and create each arrangement with the attention it deserves.
Following our Valentine’s launch, we will be able to offer shorter lead times for regular orders as we build our inventory and refine our processes.
Thank you for being part of our beginning.
Valentine Pre-order Process
All Valentine’s orders are offered as pre-orders.
Pre-orders placed before 31 January enjoy 10% off and complimentary delivery.
Every arrangement is hand-delivered to your doorstep to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. During checkout, you may select a preferred delivery date between 11–15 February.
If you require delivery outside of these dates, please reach out to us at flowermanner@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist where possible.
You may also include a personal message with your order. Each note is handwritten to accompany your flowers, adding a thoughtful finishing touch.

Cancellations & Returns of Valentine Pre-order
As each arrangement is made to order, cancellations are accepted up to three working days before the scheduled delivery date. Please reach out to us to cancel your order.
Due to the nature of preserved flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives with serious damage, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and assist where appropriate.
About our flowers
Our Flower Preservation
Our arrangements are made using real flowers that have been carefully preserved at their most beautiful moment. Through a gentle preservation process, their natural form, colour, and texture are maintained, allowing each piece to be enjoyed long after fresh blooms would have faded.
Care Instructions
Our preserved flower bouquet is designed to be enjoyed for a long time. To maintain its beauty, place it in a cool, well-ventilated space and keep it dry. An indoor humidity level between 30% and 60% is ideal, similar to what is comfortable for everyday living. Please avoid water, damp environments, and direct sunlight, as exposure may accelerate colour fading or cause mould.
During rainy or humid seasons, additional care is recommended. A dehumidifier, fresh-air system with dehumidifying function, or a well-ventilated indoor environment will help preserve the flowers in their best condition.
Some flowers and foliage are dyed using food-grade pigments. In extremely humid conditions, excess moisture may cause slight pigment release. Should this occur, gently blot the affected area with a tissue. If necessary, hang the bouquet upside down and use a hair dryer on warm air for a few minutes to remove residual moisture.
If dust settles over time, it may be gently removed using a hair dryer on low, cool air. Early and light cleaning is recommended, as heavy dust build-up can be more difficult to manage.
Longevity Note
With proper care, preserved flowers typically last around two years, allowing their beauty to be enjoyed well beyond the moment they were given.
Variations in Orders
All bouquets are handcrafted using preserved natural flowers. As a result, slight variations in colour and arrangement may occur based on seasonal characteristics and the artisan’s judgement.
